Personal Orders FAQ:
Q: Do you have a brochure that you can send me?
A: Yes, please click here and enter your name and address details. A Kaboodle Bags product brochure will be on its way to you within the next couple of days.

Q: What size are the swimming bags.
A: The swimming bag is 45cm tall and the width is 36cm when laid flat. The outside pocket is 23cm deep. They are very generous and will easily hold 2 large beach towels.
Q: How long will it take to receive our order?
A: Mail, telephone and internet orders are typically sent out within 2 working days. Orders are sent by Australia Post. For a guide to Australia Post delivery times please click here. If you require an order urgently there is the option of Express Post which is normally an overnight service.
Q: Can you put our logo on the bags?
A: Yes, we do offer options for customising our bags but there are minimum order requirements. Please contact us if you would like more information regarding having your name or logo on our bags.
Fundraising FAQ:
Q: Is the fundraising restricted to schools only?
A: No the fundraising option is available for any individual, group or organisation.
Q: How much postage do parents pay?
A: There is no postage charged to parents. Parents pay exactly the amount stated on the brochure.
Q: Who do our parents make the cheques payable to?
A: Any cheques should be made payable to your school or fundraising organisation.
Q: How long will it take to receive our order?
A: Typically orders are received within 10 working days.
