How to Order
How To Order ONLINE with...
Credit Card - If paying via credit card, you would use our shopping cart. Add products to your cart, and when ready to checkout, click on the checkout button and you will be taken to our secure payment gateway. Just fill out your details.
Cheque/Money Order - If you would prefer to purchase your products with a cheque or money order, still add your items to your cart and checkout. Fill out your details and then when you come to the payment details select the Cheque or Money Order box. Then once your order has been submitted, print out the page and include with your cheque or money order and post to the address in Contact Us (We will be notified via our secure server your order, and to expect a cheque or money order from you soon. Direct Deposit - To direct deposit, add your items to the shopping cart and checkout. Select the Direct Deposit payment option and our direct deposit details will be shown. Payment must be received within 7 working days. Your order will be posted when payment has been received.
How to Order OFFLINE with...
Credit Card (Mail) - Click here and print out the form presented to you. Fill out this form and post to the address shown on the order form.
Credit Card (Phone) - Make a note of what you would like to order, and dial 1800 036 987 with your credit card details handy. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Cheque/Direct Deposit (Mail) - Click here and print out the form presented to you. Fill out this form and post to the address shown on the order form together with your cheque, money order or direct deposit receipt.
Cheque/Direct Deposit (Phone) - Make a note of what you would like to order, and dial 1800 036 987. We will take your order and discuss payment with you over the phone.
Our Products
All products displayed on our website are in stock and ready to be shipped immediately.
If you order an out of stock product that for some reason has not been removed from our site, we will contact you as soon as possible via email.
Processing Orders
Orders will be posted when we have received full payment. We try our best to post your order the same day payment is received but we can't guarantee this will always happen. If it is not posted the same day, it will definitely be posted the next working day.
You will receive an email from us with the subject line "Kaboodle Bags Order - Posted" when your payment has successfully gone through and your order is in the mail and on its way to you.
Orders will not be posted on weekends or public holidays.
Receiving Your Order
All orders are sent via Australia Post eparcel and all parcels have a tracking number. If the recipient is not home, a card will be left and they can pick the parcel up at the local post office
