Postage Information
Our orders are typically sent out within 2 working days by Australia Post eparcel.
The following guidelines are from the Australia Post website.
Delivery Address
Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.
If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives:
• Include special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.)
• Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbour, etc.).

We recommend confirming regular parcel delivery times with your local post office.
Delivery times depend on a Parcel’s place of origin and its destination. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times:

These timetables are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience. For more detailed information, please confirm with your local Post Office.
Express Post 
You can choose to have your parcel sent via Express Post which will guarantee* next business day delivery to most areas
*The postcode must be in the Express Next Day Network to be delivered the next business day. If it is not, it will be delivered the day after.
